Explanation:

Planets are heavenly bodies which orbit (travel around ) the sun. They do not have their own light , but reflect light from the sun.

Satellites are also heavenly bodies, but much smaller than planets , which they orbit in the same way as planets orbit the sun. Satellites too, reflect light from the sun. Except for Mercury and Venus , all planets have satellites. Earth’s satellite is the moon.
