plant cell has freely permeable membrane bt animal cell has semi permeable membrane.
cell wall is present in plant cell bt animal cell don't.
centrosome is present in animal cell bt plant
cell Don't.

the outermost covering of plant cell is cell wall bt that of animal cell is cell membrane.
