ANIMAL CELL :-
cells are generally small in size
cell wall is absent
vacuole in animal cells are many, small and temporary
animal cell have centrosome and centrioles except the Protozoa Euglena, no animal cell possesses plastids .
PLANT CELLS :-
cells are larger than animal cells
the plasma membrane of plant cell is surrounded by rigid cell wall of cellulose
plastids are present .
vacuoles are permanent .
plant cell have no centrioles and centrosomes
