in bacterial DNA isolation a gene from human pathogen is isolated ,laboratory test are conducted on the gene of the pathogen and an antigen is produced which is injected directly in the human body instead of dead or semi dead pathogen these help in developing immunity against the particular pathogen (bacteria).
