Plant Cell
1.Larger in size
2.Cell Membrane and Cell wall both are present
3.Plastics are usually present
4.One large vacuole is present in the cell
5.Centrioles,centrosomes and lysosome are absent

Animal cell
1.Smaller in size
2.Cell Membrane is present but cell wall is absent
