1)In Plant cell cell wall is present while it is absent in animal cell.
2)Plant cell contains large vacuoles while animals cell contains very small vacuoles

=> The plant cells are in larger size
=> Cell walls are present in plant cells
=>Vacuoles are larger in size
=> Plastids are present
=>Have a fixed shape that can't be changed
Animal cells :-
=> The animal cells are small
=> Cell walls are absent in animal cells
=>Vacuoles are smaller in size
