( they are produced only when the cell is going to divide)

animal cell

1) cell wall is absent

( present in only unicellular animals )

The difference b/w plant cell and animal cell are:-

Point of difference:CELL WALL
Plant Cell
i)cell wall is present in plant cell as the outermost covering in plant cell
Animal Cell
i)cell wall is absent. Cell membrane is the outermost covering.

Point of difference:PLASTIDS
Plant Cell
ii)plant cells have plastids
Animal Cell
ii)animal cells do not have plastids

Point of difference:VACUOLES
Plant Cell
iii)matured plant cells have large central vacuoles
Animal Cell
iii)vacuoles are usually absent,if present,they are small in size and few in number

Point of difference:CENTROSOMES
Plant Cell
iv)centrosomes are absent in plant cell
