Although, the overall function of the cell is the same, there are some important differences between animal and plant cells. The first difference is that plant cells have an organelle called chloroplast. Chloroplasts contain a pigment called chlorophyll (which gives the plant its green color).

HEYAA FOLK,

Plant cell also contain cell wall but Animal cell doesn't contain cell wall.

Job of cell wall in plant cell -

The plant cell wall is composed of cellulose. Cellulose is a structural carbohydrate and is considered a complex sugar because it is used in both protection and structure. The plant cell wall consists of three layers. Each layer has its own unique structure and function.

And Animal cell doesn't need cell wall.....

so this was the difference between plant cell and animal cell....

hope it helps you!!!
