Plant cells have a cell wall.Animal cells don't.
Plant cells have chloroplasts. Animal cells don't.
Plant cells don not have centrosomes.Animal cells have centrosomes.
Plant cells have large vacuoles.Animal cells have limited ones.
Plant cells divide by cell plate formation. Animal cells divide by furrowing.
