Difference between plants and animals stimuli?

Animals respond to stimuli faster than animals as they are mobile creatures and have both endocrine and nervous systems for responding whereas plants don't have a nervous system like animals, which makes their response to stimuli slower. They respond to stimuli only by the secretion of certain hormones.
