When we agree to a basic set of norms about how one should be governed and who should be governed , we form a collective identity . So by agreeing to these norms we constitute our political identity. One pursue their goals and aspirations within the constitutional norms . The constitution sets some limit upon what one may do and may not. So it defines basic values that we may not trespass. This forms our moral identity .
