Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from anther [male part] to the stigma[female part]  of a flower.

Pollination leads to fertilization.

Fertilization is the fusion of male and female gametes [ here pollen grains and ovaries] resulting in the formation of zygote.

THE OVARY BECOMES THE FRUIT AND THE OVULE BECOMES THE SEED POST FERTILIZATION.
