POLLUTION:

  • Pollution is an act in which the waste materials and the toxic substances harm our soil, air, water environment and space.
  • Types of Pollution are Water Pollution, Air Pollution, and Noise Pollution etc.
  • Pollution is mostly caused by the acts of human being.

POLLUTANTS:

  • The Pollution causing substances or foreign materials which cause pollution are refereed as “pollutants”.  
  • While some of the types of Pollutants are polythene, waste materials, garbage etc.
  • Pollutants are mostly materials manufactured by human being.
