Hey mate!!!

Power, in the electrical sense, is a quantity of electricity at a given moment. It can be calculated by multiplying a voltage rating by an amperage rating (P=IV).

Energy, however, adds time to the equation. It's essentially how much power is used in a given amount of time. It can be calculated by multiplying quantity of power by a period of time (E=Pt).
