Hi mate here is ur query....

*********

The main difference between secondary and primary cell wall

1.primary wall is made up of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, protein

Secondary cell wall is made up of cellulose, pectin and some amount of lignin that gives it durability.

2.primary wall is at outside of all walls.

Secondary wall originated inside the primary wall.

3.primary wall has the ability to grow or we can say it is flexible.

Secondary wall is durable and hard to flexible (due to deposition of lignnin)

4.primary wall is apperas at first.

Secondary wall appears lately.

> Form by Intrussusception.

> Primary wall is universal layer.

♦ Secondary wall.

> Microfibrils are parallel to long axis of the cell.

> Hemicellulose less (25%).

> Protiens and lipids either absent or in little amount.

> By both methods.
