The term principal has various types of meanings. This term mostly used as the original money which we borrow as a loan and used as an investment.
The owner of the company, an individual party and the chief participant in any transaction is called the principal.
If any employee wants to take leave for eight weeks and more that time the principal has to make officiating arrangements for that employee. That is called officiating principle.
