difference between principal axis and radius of curvature

Bonjour!!

Principal axis is a line which passes through centre of curvature and pole, whereas, radius of curvature is the radius of spherical mirror of which mirror was a part of.

Radius of curvature refers to an imaginary line from a central point to the outside of a curvature
if the radius is measured from the centre of the mirror , you can see it will exactly the same as the principal axis ..
