(i)They are unicellular.

(ii)They don't have a proper nucleus. Instead they have nucleoid in the nuclear region.

(iii)These include all bacteria.

Eukaryotes:

(i)They are either unicellular or. multicelluar.

(ii)They have a proper nucleus.

(iii) It includes all multicelluar and certain unicellular organisms.
