Prokaryotes don't have true nucleus but eukaryotes have it.

PROKARYOTES                                                         EUKARYOTES

They contain single circular chromosome.                They contain multiple linear                                                                                                               chromosomes.

They are haploid.                                                          They are diploid.

Both transcription and translation occur in                 Transcription in nucleus
cytoplasm.                                                                      and translation in cytoplasm.

Prokaryotic genomes are efficient and compact,       Eukaryotes contain
                                                                                          large amount of
containing little repetitive DNA.                                     noncoding and repetitive DNA.

I hope this will help

Chromosome:- single
Membrane bound cell organelles:-Present
Size:- generally small in size

EUKARYOTIC CELL:-
Nuclear region:- well defined and surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
More than 1 chromosome
Membrane bound cell organelles:- present
Size:- Generally large.
