Prokaryotic cells don't have a well-defined nuclear region and are primitive type of cells whereas eukaryotic cells have well-defined nuclear region and are modern type of cells which have evolved from old cells

Prokaryotic:with organized nucleus ,size of the cell is small ,nuclear region is not present means they do not have nuclear membrane Eukaryotes:with organized nucleus,size of the cell is big,nuclear region is well surrounded by nuclear membrane
