prokaryotic cell is with primive nucleus i .e. nucleus lacks nuclear membrane . it has 70s type of ribosomes , it possesses double stranded circular DNA attached with mesosome. polyamine proteins r present .prokaryotic cell possesses naked cell orgenelles like ribosomes.
and the organisms possessing prokaryotic nucleus are called prokaryotes.

whereas eukaryotic cell is true cell and the organisms possessing this type of cell are called eukaryotes. eukaryotic cell has double stranded linear. DNA. histone proteins r present. various cell organelles r present like mitochondria, ribosomes are of 80s type.eukaryotic cells are present in both plant s and animals.
