prokaryotic cell is with primive nucleus i .e. nucleus lacks nuclear membrane . it has 70s type of ribosomes , it possesses double stranded circular DNA attached with mesosome. polyamine proteins r present .prokaryotic cell possesses naked cell orgenelles like ribosomes.
