prokaryotes does not have a well defines nucleus while eukaryotes have
•in prokaryotes DNA is submerged in the cytoplasm while in eukaryotes it is in the nucleus.
• and dna is cicular in prokaryotes while linear in eukaryotes.
• membrane bounded organelles are absent in prokaryotes while present in eukaryotes.
• ribosome is 70s in prokaryotes while 80s in eukaryotes.
• cell divides by binary fission in prokaryotes and by mitosis or meiosis in eukaryotes.
• Cell wall is made up of peptidoglycan or murine in prokaryotes while of cellulose or chitin in eukaryotes.
• in cell membrane of prokaryotes sterols are absent while present in eukaryotic cell membrane.
