Difference between prokaryotic and eularyotice cell
Answers
Answer & Explanation:
Prokaryotic cells are the types of cells which lack a true nucleus and only have a nucleoid. All their cell organelles float on cytoplasm and even ribosomes float on cytoplasm. The DNA is contained in the nucleoid and they only have one chromosome in them. They are the primitive organisms with are unicellular and fall under the category of Protista. Eg: Bacteria.
Eukaryotic cells are the types cells which do have a true nucleus in them bounded by a nuclear membrane. They have the DNA inside the nucleus and also have more than one chromosome in them. They are mostly multicellular and they contain ribosomes in ER (Endoplasmic Reticulum). They fall under the groups of: Monera, Fungi, Plantae, Animalia. Eg: Human Beings.
Hope this helps.
prokaryotic:
*It is made of single chromosome
*Nucleus is absent
*Simple in structure
Eukaryotic:
*It is made of more chromosomes
*Nucleus is present
*Complex in structure
