prokaryotic cell does not not have an organised nucleus that is the nucleus does not have a nuclear membrane.
euckaryotic cells have an organised nucleus

Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.

Eukaryotic Cell :-

Cell is generally large.

Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

More than one chromosome are present.

Nucleolous is present.

Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.

Cell division is by meiotic.
