- Nucleus is absent .
- It contains single chromosome.

Eukaryotic cells :-
- Size of cell is generally large( 50- 100 mm)
- Nucleus is present
- It contains more than one chromosome
- nucleolus is present
- membrane bound cell organelles are present
- cell division takes place by mitotic cell division
