Difference between public policy and public adminsitration

Public Policy is primarily within the the field of Political Science. It would include a very comprehensive analysis involving many variables and academic disciplines. However, it is not taught in that manner. You also must compromise on your values when you are a politician. The question of unethical behavior and greed by man enters into almost every aspect of decision making related to Public Policy. The key value system is the definition of Public Interest. However, many use their public office to enhance their own greed and power ( Trump and Foundations & Clintons and their Foundations; and Now Obama??. Public Policy making is very difficult to remain honest when you have to decide how far will I go before I decide to jump ship.
