When work is carried out by any individual or organisation, with the sole purpose of getting publicity through the different media, it is a Publicity propaganda. Here, publicity is the primary motive of the individual or organisation.
The relationship developed by an individual or organisation, with other individuals or bodies is known as Public relation. It is developed through positive publicity or good CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
Public opinion is the impression the public has, of an individual or organisation, based on different inputs.
