RBC'S contains red pigment called haemoglobin and they transport oxygen in blood

The main difference between rbc and wbc is in their respective functions. While rbc are responsible for transport of respiratory gases wbc provide defense mechanisms for fighting foriegn microorganisms entering human organisms
