A plane paper reflect only white colour (if nothing is written)but plane mirror reflects every colour to form image.

As plane mirror is a smooth reflecting
Surface, Ray of light which strikes through it reflect at as same angle of incidence.
Angle i = Angle r
But plane sheet of paper is rough so Ray of light striking through it will get distorted after reflection.
Angle i is not equal to Angle r
