Reflex actions are the action which are performed in a reaction of stimuli controlled mainly by spinal cord.
Involuntary action are the action that perform by brain to control main organ like beating of heart breathing etc.

The sudden involuntary actions according to a particular stimulus is known as reflex action.It is controlled by spinal cord, but late the messages will reached into the brain so that we can identify that particular stimulus

The actions which are under the control of brain ( mid brain and hind brain). All these involuntary actions include blood pressure, salivation and vomiting
