A voluntary action is basically anaction which you yourself initiate by your own conscious. ... Involuntary actions as their name suggest, are total opposites of voluntary actions, areflex action is not under the control ofthe will. In this case, your spinal cord takes total control, without your own conscious.

mvbaladithya: VOLUNTARYaction is an anticipated goal-oriented movement. The concept arises in many areas of study, including cognitive psychology, operant conditioning, philosophy, neurology, and criminology among others, and it has various meanings depending on the context in which it is used. For example, operant psychology uses the term to refer to the actions that are modifiable by their consequences.
mvbaladithya: A REFLEX, is an involuntary and nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus. A reflex is made possible by neural pathways called reflex arcs which can act on an impulse before that impulse reaches the brain. The reflex is then an automatic response to a stimulus that does not receive or need conscious thought
