Regular reflection-
When a ray of light falls on a smooth surface like a mirror it gets along particular direction that's why a smooth surface Formed gives sharp and clear image.
Diffussed reflection -
When a ray of light falls on a irregular or rough surface it gets along different direction that's why a hard surface gives dark and dull image.
