Relative Importance Index is calculated for each of the indicators and ranked accordingly. The RII derived to summarize the importance of each indicator:

Where,

W = weighting as assigned on Likert’s scale by each respondent in a range from 1 to 5, where 1 = no impacts, 2 = negligible impact, 3 = marginal impact, 4 = moderate impact and 5 = major impact.

A = Highest weight (here it is 5)

N =Total number in the sample.

Relative Importance Index :
The relative index of inequality (RII) is a regression-based index which summarizes the magnitude of socio-economic status (SES) axs a source of inequalities in health. RII is useful because it takes into account the size of the population and the relative disadvantage experienced by different groups.

Meaning :
Meaning is a concept used in psychology as well as in other fields such as philosophy, linguistics, semiotics and sociology. These multidisciplinary uses of the term are not independent and can more or less overlap.

Hope it helps! Please do mark it as the brainliest if you find it relevant! :-)
