Hydra is a multicellular organism whereas hydra is a unicellular organism. The amoeba reproduces with the help of binary fusion in which the cell splits up in the two-part and that makes another amoeba. Hydra is reproduced by the process of budding and regeneration.

Answer:

Hydra reproduces by the process of budding in which a bud is formed as a small out growth on the parent body. This bud breaks off when mature and develops into another individual. The reproduction in amoeba is through binary fission.
