Difference between RER and SER 3 short point.

Hey mate here is your answer.

RER is rough endoplasmic reticulum. The endoplasmic reticulum bearing ribosomes on thier surface is called RER.

SER is smooth endoplasmic reticulum. In the absence of ribosomes they appear smooth are called smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The SER is the major site synthesis lipid.
