Resistance-It is an opposing force that oppose the flow of electric charge.
Resistivity-Alternative title: specific resistivityResistivity,  electrical resistance of a conductor of unit cross-sectional area and unit length. A characteristic property of each material, resistivity is useful in comparing various materials on the basis of their ability to conduct electric currents. High resistivity designates poor conductors.

resistance is the property of a conductor that depends on the material and its geometric properties.

resistivity of a material is a specific property of that material  and depends also on the temperature.

Resistance =  resistivity * length of conductor / Area of cross section

Resistance also depends on temperature .

resistivity has units of  ohms-meter.
resistance has units of ohms.
