it is measured by the potential difference required across the ends of a conductor to flow 1 A current through it.

it depends upon the material , temperature , length , and area of cross - section of the conductor.

resistivity


it is The property of conductor due to which it offers resistance to the flow of current through it.

it is measured by the resistance offered by 1m length of a wire of that material of area of cross - section 1 m2.


it depends only on the material and temperature of the conductor.

-Resistance SI unit is Ohms. However SI unit of resistivity is Ohms-meter.

-Resistance is the physical property of a substance because of which it opposes the flow of current (electrons). However, resistivity is the physical property of a particular substance which is having particular dimensions.
