hey there !!! here is the answer !!
resistor = resistor is an appliance which opposes the flow of electrons or when it connected to current it starts working
but,
conductor = it is a substance which let's the flow of current more easily and also it works as a messenger of current for transfer of electron to resistor ..

resistor stops high voltage of current for example fuse and conductor flow current very easily for example sodium chloride
