Reuse means a product can be used without any machenical process when recycle means a product goes through a machenical procedure and then it will available to use.

reuse basically means using the same thing again in the same condition it was before.

whereas recycling means using something again but the condition is not same as before.

take an example of a plastic bottle. reusing it means you're using the plastic bottle again. but recycling of the plastic bottle means we are turning it into a different thing or changing it's condition and then using it.
