the difference between rheumatic fever or rheumatic hearth are :
rheumatic fever : 1. rheumatic fever is an inflammatory disorder caused by a group A strep throat infection .
2. It affects the connective tissue of the body.
3. It affects the skin , joints etc.
4. It most commonly occurs in children between the ages of five and fifteen.

1. The swelling from rheumatic fever causes the heart valves to become narrowed and leak
2. over time , this leads to heart failure.
3. The mitral or aortic valves is affected and this is called mitral stenosis.
