Pattern or movement of sound is called rhythm

Simultaneously occuring notes, chord, frequencies, tones refers to harmony.

A melody is also a tone but it is a combination of rhythm and pitch

Playing more than one note at the same time is called harmony. The difference in the pitch between two notes is called their interval.

Those notes played simultaneously should be on same scale and same progression.

Rhythm is tempo + beat pattern. i am learning hindustani (indian) classical music , which has many beat patterns like teen taal, jap taal, ek taal etc. so playing any of these beat pattern in particular tempo or speed is called rhythm.

when being asked, what is the rhythm of song, one should tell the beat pattern and tempo.

Melody has to do with musical notes. combination and sequence of notes makes particular mood. usually minor notes are used to produce sad feel and major for happy feel. You might have heard from people that “Melody is good” about any song. so that means combination of notes used in particular song or the part of song is good :)

Happy learning
