difference between rights and duties


Anonymous: there r many differences.....such as duties start from D and rights start from R ...............sorry

Rights are legal, social or ethical principals of freedom that people are entitled for by a governing body.

Duties:
something that one is expected or required to do by moral or legal obligation is called duty.

Answer: Right is the freedom used for the protection of the citizens such as Right to free speech, right to religion. The rights for the citizen are decided by the Constitution law.

Whereas the duty is the responsibility given to the citizen to take care of the land they are living in such as throwing garbage in dustbin, reporting an accident. Duty is legal to do and we cannot step back from it.
