DNA is double stranded helix. RNA is single stranded. The two strands of DNA are antiparallel, complementary . The strand of DNA may be straight or variously folded upon itself. In DNA , the pyrimidne is further divided into cytosine and Thyminie. In RNA thymine is replaced by Uracil.
