• Saturated solution = The solution which are uniformly distributed and which are fully dissolved is called saturated solution.
e. g. = sugar.

• Unsaturated solution = The solution which are non-uniformly distributed and which are not fully dissolved is called Unsaturated solution.
e. g. = sand which are not dissolved in water.
