unemployment that occurs in some season that means if we hire 20 labours for a work in a sugarcane factory and after the production er does not need the labour so we don't hire them longer. this is known as seasonal unemployment where for some time people are hired and except that season they remain sit idle

disguised unemployment means that if there is a field to work and for that field 3 mens are sufficient but all the family is working over that same field so this could not be call that they are employed this is known to bs as disguised unemployment
