Facilitated diffusion is a passive process in which membrane channels mediate the transport of polar, or big molecules that are not solvable in the cell membrane. Co-transport, on the other hand, is active transport, as it depends on the electrochemical gradient of ions across the cell's membrane, particularly Na+.

Hi,
=======:
Here is your answer,
=======:
Secondary active transport :
In this case the energy is supplied to the system to transport molecules in the direction opposite to a concentration gradient.

Facilated transfusion :
In this case the permease assist a molecule to diffuse through the membrane that is cannot otherwise penetrate.

Both of them comes under the types of Mediated Transport.
