Difference between seeking information and asking question is as follows:-

* Information seeking is the process of obtaining the information it can be both in human and technological contexts.

Example- There was a seminar about the latest inventions and Noor has gone to attend the seminar to obtain some information.

* Asking questions means asking the question you have doubt with in the process of learning something new.

Example- Reema was taught about decimal system first time in her class. As she was not able to understand its concepts well so she asked the questions from her teacher to clear her doubts.
