since,both are the male reproductive glands... following are the differences,
Seminal glands contain seminal vesicles that produce 50–70% of the seminal fluid. ... Sperm are not in contact with the seminal fluid produced by the seminal vesicles, possibly to block the progress of sperm from other males. The prostate secretes 20–30% of the seminal fluid which carries the sperm in the ejaculate.....

Seminal vesicles are present two in number while prostate gland is only one.
Seminal vesicle secretes seminal fluid but prostate gland secretes prostate fluid.
