As per constitutional amendment 25% seats are resvered for Schedule caste/ schedule tribes(131 seats out of 543) as per poputation ratio.. The seats gets rotated in states after 2 terms. Women reservation Bill is pending in lower house since 2008. which will empower 33% reservation to women in lower house. in reserved seats reserved caste/ tribe can seek the election & all voters can vote.

Seprate electrote is term associated with British India where seats were reserved based on religion ,like in Muslim electrote only muslim could vote.
