❇➡ A sequence is an arrangement of numbers in some order,separated by a comma.

eg. 2,4,6,8....n is a sequence.

where as A series is an arrangement of numbers connected my arithmatics signs.

eg.2+4+6+8...n is a series.

The list of numbers written in a definite order is called a sequence.

series:-
The sum of terms of an infinite sequence is called an infinite series.
A sequence can be defined as a function whose domain is the set of Natural numbers.
Therefore ,
sequence is an ordered list of numbers and series is the sum of a list of numbers.

Example of a sequence:- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

Now,
if we add them up:- 2+4+8+10+ … This is a series.
